Join a curriculum-focused journey for CTE pathways designed to support teachers in developing coherent, standards-aligned curriculum that reflects industry expectations. This program combines expert guidance and AI-enhanced workflows, with peer collaboration to improve consistency and clarity across your programs.
Why This PLC Matters
CTE programs are often built by individual teachers based on industry experience, which creates strong real-world learning but uneven curriculum structure. This PLC provides the intentionality and documentation needed to align to standards and credentials without stripping away the hands-on nature of CTE.

Curriculum Variance: Solving the issue of widely varying curriculum across sections and pathways.

Monthly Learning Cycle: 60 to 90-minute live sessions focused on producing shared curriculum artifacts.
Asynchronous Refinement: Ongoing resource sharing and classroom testing via the CoLab platform.

Peter Siner – AI Professional Learning Support
Active school administrator, Google Certified Innovator, and host of the Teach Smarter Podcast. Peter is a recognized AI for Education Specialist with a decade of experience in instructional leadership and technology integration. He regularly presents at global conferences including MATSOL, ISTE, and FETC, focusing on sustainable AI integration and systems-level planning.
Ariella Racco – Program Design & Community Leadership
CEO of CoLab, the collaboration platform for K12 education. She is a Google Certified Innovator, and former middle school teacher in public, independent and international schools. Ariella brings deep understanding of school culture and designs professional learning experiences that foster authentic collaboration and practical implementation.
