Career & Technical Education (CTE) Professional Learning Community
Open Cohort | February – April 2026
Join a curriculum-focused journey for CTE pathways designed to support teachers in developing coherent, standards-aligned curriculum that reflects industry expectations. This program combines expert guidance and AI-enhanced workflows, with peer collaboration to improve consistency and clarity across your programs.
Why This PLC Matters
CTE programs are often built by individual teachers based on industry experience, which creates strong real-world learning but uneven curriculum structure. This PLC provides the intentionality and documentation needed to align to standards and credentials without stripping away the hands-on nature of CTE.
What We Address
Curriculum Variance: Solving the issue of widely varying curriculum across sections and pathways.
Standards Alignment: Ensuring credential requirements are clearly embedded in every unit.
Documentation Gaps: Updating incomplete or outdated scope and sequence documents.
Limited Time: Providing structured, dedicated time for curriculum collaboration that rarely exists in a typical school day.
District Evidence: Creating clearer evidence of alignment and instructional intent for audits and reporting.
