The CoLab Campus Ambassador Program exists to give future educators the peer community they need most: belonging, practical support, and professional growth during the transition into teaching, made possible through peer-led chapters on campuses connected to a growing network beyond them.
We’re launching our founding cohort, looking for pre-service teachers and education students ready to start the first CoLab chapters on their campuses.

Create the conversations, events, and everyday moments that bring students on your campus together to share what they're learning and feel less alone in becoming educators.
Connect your peers to the wider network.
Help your chapter reach beyond your campus and link with other educators on the CoLab platform based on shared professional disciplines or interests.
Be the link between your chapter and CoLab.
You're the point person between the educators you bring together and the CoLab team, carrying ideas and needs in both directions.
Help shape what comes next.
Provide feedback on the platform and the program so both grow around what future educators actually need.
Becoming a teacher can be isolating.
The distance between what you study and what happens in a classroom can be hard to navigate, and most people cross it with little peer support. This program is for the people who want to change that, starting on their own campus.
